Our Customer is a tech real-estate marketplace company with a portfolio of the largest and most vibrant real estate and home-related brands on the web and mobile. The company’s brands focus on all stages of the home lifecycle: renting, buying, selling, financing and home improvement. We are seeking a Creative Producer on a contract basis to support our Customer’s internal agency on integrated brand and marketing campaigns across film, photo, digital, social, OOH, and emerging platforms. This role is 100% remote.
**Portfolio or work samples showcasing relevant projects or campaigns are required**
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end production for video and photo projects across multiple platforms
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Strategy, Marketing, Legal, and external vendors
- Translate creative concepts into actionable production plans, scopes, and budgets
- Manage RFPs, production crews, timelines, and final deliverables
- Support pitch development and contribute to production strategy as needed
- Ensure alignment with brand standards and storytelling objectives throughout execution
- Operate effectively on set in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
- Manage projects independently while collaborating closely with internal creative teams
- Serve as the primary liaison with external production companies
- Oversee editing workflows, timelines, and creative milestones to ensure deadlines are met
- Drive day-to-day project execution and ensure deliverables are completed on time
Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in agency or integrated production environments
- Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns from concept through delivery
- Strong understanding of production workflows, including editing processes and timelines
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and hit the ground running in fast-paced environments
- Strong vendor management and budget oversight experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance creative vision with operational execution
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and meet deadlines across multiple initiatives
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to work standard business hours (Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00 AM–5:00 PM) across time zones
- Portfolio or work samples showcasing relevant projects or campaigns are required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with technology companies
- Experience with real estate or lifestyle content production
- Familiarity with creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, or Figma
