Job description
Our customer is an American worldwise clothing and accessories retailer, founded in 1969. Over the last 50 years, the company has grown from a single store to a global fashion business with seven brands. Their clothes are available in 90 countries worldwide through over 3,100 company-operated stores, almost 400 franchise stores, and e-commerce sites and is still growing.
We are seeking a CRM Specialist on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
A few things you’d own/support:
- Email, SMS, and push campaign QA + post-send validation
- Campaign calendars, deployment details, trackers, and documentation
- Weekly/monthly creative and channel performance reporting
- Basic Adobe Analytics pulls, dashboards, and A/B test readouts
- Testing programs and coordination with external partners
- Promo planning and execution support
- Meeting notes, follow-ups, briefs, and general project hygiene
- Ad hoc operational support as priorities shift
Qualifications:
- Have experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or digital marketing
- Are highly organized and comfortable managing lots of moving pieces
- Have strong attention to detail and are comfortable QA’ing campaigns
- Can work with performance data and turn it into clear takeaways
- Have experience with tools like Adobe Analytics, Airtable, and/or CRM messaging platforms
- Are proactive — you see something that needs to happen and take ownership of it
- Are comfortable working across email, SMS, and push
- Bonus if you’ve worked with Movable Ink, Bluecore, Attentive, or similar martech platforms.
