Our Customer is a software vendor of cloud-based ERP that practices human capital management and financial management applications. They offer products and services that allow customers to oversee time tracking, procurement, employee data, financial accounting, and expense management at any time and anywhere. They continue to offer enterprise-level software solutions for financial management, human resources, and planning. Their proven methodology, expertise, community, tools, and education help ensure your organization’s success.
We are seeking a Customer Care Analyst, Sales Enablement on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. Patience is important in this position, as customers are sometimes frustrated with the problems they are facing, and it may be necessary to communicate with customers by phone, chat, or e-mail, and sometimes a combination of these. This role is a hybrid setup in Atlanta, GA.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide assistance to customers to help them overcome issues related to products or services provided by the company
- Work with technical inquiries and help customers overcome these difficulties
- Often guide customers through self-help methods with the aid of resources and documentation
- When protocol has been followed and the issue cannot be resolved, the analyst may need to find an alternative solution
- May also monitor, document, and follow up on these processes to ensure that customers are satisfied
- Communicate with customers by phone, chat, or e-mail, and sometimes a combination of these
Must Haves:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Customer Services role
- 1+ years experience in an external support role preferred
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in an operational or business operations capacity preferred
- Salesforce.com system experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and GSuite
- Bright, high-energy individual, with a passion for learning and contributing
- Solid computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, software applications)
- Detail-oriented, able to keep track of lots of data effectively
- Ability to absorb new concepts and technologies quickly
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and fun team environment
- Team player who will work across the organization and company to continue improving the way we serve our customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships
- Ability to understand and interpret data from multiple sources
- Passion for customers and customer success
- Demonstrated understanding of strategic sourcing, supply chain, business management, and procurement operations
- Demonstrated understanding of contract management and document management skills
- Strong analytical, business process analysis, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and client/customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output, team-oriented, practical environment

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (Business or Technical degree preferred)
Hours & Location
- M-F, 40 hours/week. This role is a hybrid setup in Atlanta, GA.
