We are seeking a Customer Concierge on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is on-site in Mountain View, CA.


This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position offers the opportunity to grow professionally, take ownership of high-visibility responsibilities, and contribute meaningfully to customer engagement.



Responsibilities:


Meeting Coordination & Event Preparation

  • Secure and verify meeting rooms that align with group size and logistical needs
  • Customize and post event signage using pre-approved templates and internal print coordination
  • Ensure meeting rooms are clean, fully set up, and equipped (including Zoom recordings) before guest arrival

Customer Onsite Experience Support

  • Manage visitor registrations and guest lists for onsite customer meetings
  • Welcome and escort customers to designated meeting rooms
  • Coordinate and deliver coffee runs and meal catering with exceptional hospitality
  • Assemble and distribute customized swag and gift bags for customer engagement

Customer Engagement Activities

  • Lead guided campus tours to provide a memorable and informative experience
  • Capture photos during leadership meetings and tours; upload to shared drive according to deadlines

Administrative & Program Support

  • Provide backup administrative coverage for leaders, including VP calendar management
  • Assist with special assignments related to the customer engagement program and events


Qualifications:

  • An associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple priorities and track concurrent projects
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs; strong Outlook calendar experience required
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and data entry
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and independently
  • Time Management: Efficient and effective at meeting deadlines and completing tasks
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills with a professional tone
  • Interpersonal Skills: Courteous, respectful, and polished interactions with all stakeholders
  • Confidentiality: Able to manage sensitive information with integrity
  • Adaptability: Comfortable adjusting to evolving needs and environments
