We are seeking a Customer Renewal Executive (CRE) on a contract basis to support our customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end renewal execution in partnership with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, PBM, Preferred Success Product Owner, and extended account teams
- Interface directly with customers to negotiate commercial terms and drive incremental renewal revenue
- Own renewal strategy execution, including deal architecture, forecasting inputs, and commercial planning activities
- Convert existing Preferred Success contracts to new Preferred Success SKUs during renewal cycles, including early renewals and restructures
- Build and execute proactive migration plans to support portfolio transition and customer-centric GTM strategy
- Maintain expertise on internal renewal processes and renewal phase execution across systems and stakeholders
- Leverage internal networks to navigate cross-functionally and regionally to drive renewal outcomes
- Maintain working knowledge of cloud terms and conditions and apply them in renewal negotiations
- Apply mutually beneficial negotiation methods to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue goals
- Support transactional steps related to renewals, replacements, and entitlement alignment
- Track and apply commercial metrics, entitlement metrics, and forecasting principles to support renewal execution
- Contribute feedback to improve renewal workflows and support continuous improvement initiatives
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, comparable experience required
- Experience in a customer-facing role with the ability to influence stakeholders through strong relationship management
- Proven commercial negotiation experience with the ability to meet or exceed renewal revenue targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trusted customer relationships
- Ability to work across multiple commercial software systems and internal tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks while remaining process-oriented
- Knowledge of commercial metrics, forecasting principles, and renewal strategy execution
- Knowledge of cloud terms and conditions preferred
