We are seeking a Customer Renewals Specialist on a contract basis to negotiate contracts and communicate internally regarding products that are going to be sunset or end of life.


This position will demonstrate skills and knowledge in the area of renewal strategy, deal architecture, customer negotiation, and internal navigation of commercial and legal teams.


This role is hybrid in Newtown Square, PA with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Execute end-to-end renewal processes in partnership with account and customer engagement teams
  • Interface with customers to negotiate commercial terms and support revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful renewal outcomes
  • Manage and track renewal activities across all internal process phases
  • Support revenue management efforts and identify opportunities for incremental growth
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to renewals
  • Represent the organization in customer interactions with professionalism


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated skills and knowledge in renewal strategy, deal architecture, customer negotiation, and internal navigation of commercial and legal teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate customer discussions
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Additional language proficiency beyond English
