Job description
*This is a 100% remote position, but candidate must be available for east coast hours.
Requires an articulate, professional & outgoing personality to work as a Customer Service Representative in our Southeast/Northeast Regions.
Beginning as a remote employee, we provide the VOIP Phone, the clientele list, training, team support and systems. Individuals considered must have access to reliable PC, Headset w/noise cancelling microphone, professional and distraction free work environment.
Hourly + bonuses based on monthly activity. This is a fun B2B company requiring excellent phone skills, basic computer knowledge and the drive to serve local clients.
Ideal talent should be able to handle demanding/complex calls with a focus on sales.
General Responsibilities:
Call Every Member assigned to You at least monthly & more as needed
Email Every Member at least monthly with a message aimed at them specifically
Record Call Log Notes for ALL Calls & individual Emails
Send a Weekly Email Message to All Members in Your Regions with a specific message
All Calls are made on our assigned VOIP Phone OR Our Mobile App ONLY
Return All Client Calls ASAP
- Hours of Operation Begins at 9 am EST Local Time and Ends at 5 pm EST Monday – Friday (Any activity outside these hours will require approval) - Position is for maximum 30 hrs per week
