Job description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative on a contract basis who will support the Customer’s business needs. This role is hybrid (4 days on-site and 1 day remote/week) in Atlanta, GA.
NOTE: Candidates must have their own laptops; the customer is not providing laptops to contractors at this time
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Customer Service Analyst in processing weekly orders
- Reactively answer questions from customers on stock levels
- Expedite requests and work with the warehouse to ensure orders ship on time.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
