Job description

We are seeking a friendly and organized entry-level Remote Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our valued clients. Key Responsibilities:


-Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers via phone, email, and online chat.


-Inquiry Management: Respond promptly and accurately to customer questions regarding our services, including weekly lawn maintenance, landscape installation, and seasonal cleanups.


-Scheduling and Coordination: Assist with scheduling service appointments, dispatching crews, and communicating any changes or updates to clients and field teams.


-Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to management as needed.


-Sales Support: Provide information on pricing, service packages, and promotions, and assist in creating service bids or quotes.


-Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction after services have been completed.




Qualifications and Skills:


To qualify for this remote customer service role, you should have strong communication and organizational skills. While previous experience is a plus, it's not required as the company is willing to train you. You must be self-motivated and able to solve problems independently. Additionally, you need basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection with a quiet place to work.
