Job description

Title: Customer Success & Sales Associate
Status: 15 hrs/wk, 6 months to start, with potential to be ongoing if mutually agreed upon
Hourly Range: $35 - $50/hr, commensurate with experience
Priority: Sales experience, and a personal connection or interest in helping children with special needs or requiring therapy services receive affordable care.

Overview:

Our client is an early-stage digital health startup on a mission to connect parents with pediatric specialists for their children with developmental delays and disabilities.

They are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Success & Sales Associate. In this role, you will serve as the primary interface between our company, parents seeking care for their children, and providers. Your main responsibility will be to streamline the appointment booking process, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.

The ideal candidate should have a background in sales, excellent communication skills, and firsthand experience navigating the challenges of finding care for children with special needs.


Responsibilities:

1. Manage correspondence with parents and providers to facilitate efficient appointment scheduling.

2. Act as the main point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries and providing assistance until their first appointment with a provider.

3. Utilize sales expertise to guide parents through the onboarding process and convert leads into booked appointments.

4. Collaborate with the lifecycle marketing and operations teams to enhance customer experience.

5. Maintain a high level of detail and accuracy in managing customer data and communication.

Requirements:

1. Sales experience with a proven track record in managing a sales process.

2. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

3. Personal experience with finding care for children with special needs or requiring therapy services.

4. Knowledge of special needs services and the challenges faced by parents seeking such services.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and remotely.

7. Flexibility to work 10-15 hours per week, with availability during both morning and evening hours, accommodating Eastern Time Zone.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the CEO.

Compensation:

Hourly pay with options for commission based on the percentage of leads converted or time to conversion.
