Customer Success Manager

Shopify experience, email writing, college degree and computer skills required; Google Office Suite and Hubspot added plus**

Award-winning cold pressed juice company with a focus on distributing into the hospitality industry is looking for a customer service maven with a passion for taking care of customers. The role will include inside sales support, customer service communications, order management for our drop ship business that runs through Shopify.

Important skills include: excellent communication skills in handling customers with the highest care via email, text and phone; attention to detail; outgoing and friendly; comfort with Shopify's functionality and reporting; patience, sense of urgency to get the job done, responsiveness and attention to customers' needs, independent and able to work remote efficiently and excellent at communicating with other team members, reporting updates and status.

Our mission is to elevate spirits, and this role will be critical as we elevate the spirits of our customers. Our clients include premium hotels, renown bars, and restaurants across the country including the Four Seasons Hotels, Nobu, The Ritz Carlton Hotels, Live Nation stadiums and music venues, prestigious hospitality groups, and many more. In addition, we sell to direct to consumers looking for an elevated, premium home cocktail/mocktail experience. We pride ourselves on servicing these important customers with the same level of excellence as our products deliver.
