Our Customer is an American public multinational corporation based in San Francisco, California, that produces software for searching, monitoring, and analyzing machine-generated big data via a Web-style interface. The product captures, indexes and correlates real-time data in a searchable repository from which it can generate graphs, reports, alerts, dashboards and visualizations. They are a company filled with people who are passionate about their product and who want to deliver the best experience for their customers!
We are looking for a Customer Success Recruiter on a contract basis to support the customer’s ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote.
You will be experienced in hiring top talent within the Customer Success/Experience, Professional Services & GTM functions. As a trusted talent partner, you will have the opportunity to work closely with other recruiters, sourcers, hiring managers and department leaders to lead and execute hiring for some of their client’s most critical needs.
What You'll Do:
- Effectively collaborate with the leadership team to understand their talent needs and build a staffing plan.
- Post job descriptions in various LinkedIn groups, user groups and niche job boards.
- Build a pipeline, and produce a target list of passive candidates for assigned searches through research and heavy sourcing; networking and phone screens.
- Strategize and develop new “out-of-the box” methods to fill your pipeline.
- Manage the sourcing of 10+ reqs with attention to hiring right, while balancing candidate, business partner, and hiring manager experiences.
- Effectively assess candidates for current and expected upcoming hiring needs, taking into consideration organizational strengths/gaps, team dynamics, vision/goals, challenges, and career planning.
- Effectively use the ATS to track & manage the recruitment process flow.
- Generate a high volume of quality candidates under tight deadlines.
- Manage multiple searches with attention to meeting customer deadlines.
- Accurately maintain, track, and report on recruitment metrics to improve service and delivery to assigned business groups.
- Actively engage in building diversity of thought across the teams.
- Provide weekly reports and metrics on recruiting activity.
Must-haves:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate recruiting
- Experience in Software/enterprise/SaaS
- GTM recruiting experience strongly preferred; Customer Success and Public Sector experience highly desired.
- Experience recruiting for positions that require a government security clearance.
- Strong network and experience recruiting top performing Customer Success professionals in the US and Canada; Costa Rica experience is an added plus.
- Proven success in recruiting for technical and functional positions.
- Experience in building a robust pipeline of high-caliber SaaS software talent, and ability to demonstrate creativity in your search methods.
- Excellent communication, social networking, relationship building, advising skills, and the ability to partner effectively with all teams.
- Leads by example: A great teammate who is self-directed and highly motivated with a sense of urgency and has strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Demonstrable ability to successfully prioritize and manage a large and diverse requisition load in a dynamic, constantly changing work environment.
- Excellent assessment skills.
- Hi-integrity; hi-degree of professionalism and can be trusted with confidential HR information.
- Experience with Jobvite Applicant Tracking System is a plus.
