Job description

Title: Customer Support and Scheduling
Location: 100% Remote
Hourly Rate: $20/hr
Status: ~20 hrs/wk, ongoing contract (1 year to start)

Our client is looking for a customer support agent who will help answer support emails as well as do scheduling/booking for their company.

This is a 20hr/week role. We need 4hrs on Sunday and 8hrs on Monday and Tuesday. The remaining hrs/day are more flexible.

We're a tech startup that helps women make meaningful friendships in their city. This role answers email support request from our users, guides, and also helps make bookings for their group experiences.

We're looking for someone with exceptional written skills, detail-orientation, empathy, and the desire to help others.
