We are seeking an IT Visual Communications Assistant on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role will be driving end-user communication and marketing campaigns to promote these services by creating end-user-friendly communication campaigns.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop communication best practices and guidelines for consulting IT projects.
  • Optimize and test internal employee IT information and further optimize existing information.
  • Create marketing material and communication for the clients' internal IT events and training.
  • Find new innovative ways to describe and sell our services and develop ideas for improvement.
  • Create and publish tips and tricks/best practices for special internal target groups.
  • Create tailor-made strategies for launching new projects or IT topics.
  • Support team with rolling out new product communication and the latest product updates.
  • Share information about new and/or improved tools, apps, knowledge, and resources to thrive in the workplace.
  • Language editing of communication materials.

Must Haves:

  • Excellent writing skills (Blogs, Video scripts, Training material).
  • Ability to think out of the box.
  • Microsoft 365, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Inquisitive and involved team player, creative, motivated, dependable, good communicator, user-centric, can-do attitude
  • Motivated person who can work independently and enjoys working in a global team.

Education:

  • University degree in relevant areas of study (media, communications, information design).

Hours & Location:

  • M-F, 40 hours/week. This role is 100% Remote, must work in the east coast time zone.
