We are seeking a Sales Operations Project Manager on a contract basis to help manage key projects for our Customer's sales organization that aim to build new capabilities and drive productivity. This role will assist in planning and coordinating key projects that include cross-functional work integration, milestone management, stakeholder communications, and related milestones. This role involves extensive collaboration between the Global Sales organization and cross-functional partners to ensure predictable communication and successful implementation of the assigned projects.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing complex programs in a growth environment and is passionate about solving problems, building new processes, and helping external partners and internal teams grow the business. Project range from rolling out new processes and systems for commercial and consumer channels to strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the primary point of contact for status communications for projects your run for the Global Sales teams and cross-functional partners
  • Identify dependencies and tasks to integrate into a unified master timeline with the critical path milestones
  • Organize and conduct meetings with key work partners to facilitate planning program execution and communications
  • Manage contingency planning, creative problem-solving, and escalations when needed
  • Manage schedules and workflow for inputs such as product category plans, financial plans, go-to channel plans, and account plans, to name a few
  • Track and report status; continuously update the master timeline
  • Identify risks to deliverables, perform necessary due diligence, update the plan of record documents, and communicate changes to stakeholders
  • Write weekly posts and other communications regarding the planning process status
  • Manage the Lessons Learned process to improve the planning cycle
  • Help develop and control the quality of materials used in the planning process
  • Develop, document, and socialize scalable processes
  • Lead or work on special projects related to sales planning processes
  • Communicate across business units and guide Salesforce solutions

Must-Haves:

  • 5 years of experience in business strategy, finance, sales planning, or process optimization
  • A problem solver with a track record of driving sales performance and efficiency improvements across teams during periods of growth
  • Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment with little guidance
  • Excellent written communications skills
  • Good understanding of data management and how to best present data for insights
  • Experience in channel and partner management, sales operations
  • Ability to clearly communicate, work across cultures, and influence stakeholders without authority
  • Experience in working with excel or similar tools to perform quantitative analysis
  • Solid project or program management experience
  • Experience in consumer electronics or hardware business is preferred
  • Experience in managing complex go-to-market programs is preferred
  • Experience in using program management tools such as Asana is preferred
  • Experience in building new processes and managing change in growing companies to scale is preferred
  • Experience in working across cultures in a diverse work environment is preferred
  • Experience in commercial market channels is preferred
  • 1-3 years of Salesforce implementation (design, configuration, deployment) experience is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce and similar CRM tools is preferred

Education:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required

Hours & Location:

  • M-F, 40 hours/week. This role will be 100% remote.
