Job description

The Mom Project is excited to partner with EisnerAmper in their search for a Change Manager. This role is onsite at EisnerAmper's Dallas, TX office.

EisnerAmper, a premier accounting and business advisory services firm, is seeking a Manager, Corporate Development who will support the Head of Corporate Development in efforts to evaluate and execute corporate mergers, asset acquisitions, and divestitures.

EisnerAmper, a premier accounting and business advisory services firm, is seeking a Change Manager, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A). This position will report to the Director of our Change Management Center of Excellence (CM CoE). The CM CoE leads initiatives and training to support the Firm’s strategic goals. The Change Manager (M&A) will focus primarily on coordinating change management efforts for the Firm’s M&A activity with the support of the Director of the CM CoE. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a growing environment and demonstrates exceptional change management and communication skills and a good understanding of project management.

What you'll be doing:

  • Applying EisnerAmper’s change management methodology, tools, and processes to support the adoption of change
  • Working with executive sponsors and project managers to understand the project scope and objectives
  • Leveraging the project team to gain full insight into the current and future state
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, and change readiness assessments to develop a change strategy
  • Utilizing the M&A Change Management Playbook to create a detailed change management plan
  • Working with the project manager to integrate the project and change management plans
  • Working with project executive sponsor and sponsor coalition to identify, coach, and empower change champions
  • Identifying, analyzing, and preparing risk mitigation tactics
  • Raising issues and risks to the appropriate project team members and leaders
  • Identifying and managing anticipated resistance
  • Building and executing the campaign strategy
  • Communicating progress regularly to the leadership team and key stakeholders
  • Tracking and reporting on the change initiative
  • Build relationships and trust with project team members and key stakeholders across levels and departments
  • Support other change management initiatives and training as capacity allows

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Change management certification required
  • 3-5 years of experience in change management
  • 2+ years of experience with M&A
  • Working knowledge of project management

Preferred candidates have:

  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Experience building and influencing relationships with stakeholders from various backgrounds and cultures to execute initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Smartsheet
  • A natural orientation for collaboration, with an innate understanding of when to lead and support
  • Proven track record of managing a wide array of stakeholder communications and relationships in a complex business environment

The salary range for this position is $99,040.00 and $154,750.00 per year
