Data Analyst (100% Remote)

We are seeking a Data Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and optimize reporting, dashboards, and data sources that support the launch of large restaurant chains on digitally built ordering platforms
• Produce weekly quality readouts and performance summaries to give teams visibility into launch progress
• Surface anomalies, trends, and restaurant-level insights to support decision-making and issue resolution
• Support cross-functional partners in troubleshooting data issues, experiment setups, or tracking limitations that impact accurate measurement
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to distinguish meaningful insights from noise, leveraging strong product and business intuition
• Monitor data quality and ensure dashboards and reporting maintain accuracy and reliability
• Assist with experimentation design and analysis, including validating setup, interpreting results, and supporting structured A/B test processes (with manager support as needed)
• Translate open-ended business questions into measurable hypotheses and deliver actionable data-driven recommendations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong SQL skills with the ability to build complex queries independently
• Experience designing dashboards and building the underlying data sources required to power them
• Strong product and business intuition applied to data analysis and cross-functional problem solving
• Experience supporting or contributing to deep-dive analytics in collaboration with product, engineering, or business teams
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation design (can perform with manager support)
• Ability to convert broad business questions into structured hypotheses and analytical plans
• Ability to present insights and recommendations clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
