  • Analyze performance across digital media, social media, field collateral, and websites to evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with marketing, data product, and engineering teams, and outside agencies to ensure campaign objectives are clearly defined, measurable, and supported through consistent tagging, trafficking, and tracking.
  • Monitor the integrity and accuracy of data from channel and web analytics platforms, working with partner teams to resolve issues and providing timelines for resolution.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for campaign performance and outcomes, presenting findings as needed.
  • Design reusable reporting templates and data visualizations; refine reporting processes and data gathering methods to reduce cross-team time costs.
  • Partner in defining reporting benchmarks, comparison periods, forecasts, and standardized KPIs across campaign activations.
  • Develop and deliver reporting to key stakeholders and marketing leadership, ensuring alignment in how program performance is framed.
  • Support marketing stakeholders and agency partners by developing ad hoc workspaces and dashboards for campaign program management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with a web analytics platform and delivering channel-level reporting with a marketing focus.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and KPIs across the full client journey and channel mix.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing channel classifications, tag management, ad tech, digital marketing platform interfaces, and UTM tracking parameters.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and transform/normalize related data.
  • Ability to work effectively in highly matrixed environments, with strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience tailoring, delivering, and presenting formal reporting to varied audiences, from technical specialists to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Analytics.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools in Office products, including Power BI or Excel.
  • SQL proficiency preferred but not required.
