The pay ranges for this role is $40.35 - $58.05, pay range will vary by location**

We are seeking a Data Analyst on a contract basis who will support the Small and Midsize Business (SMB) segments, playing a pivotal role in leveraging data science to drive strategic decisions and operational efficiencies. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, such as Sales Leadership, to align data-driven insights with business objectives, designing and implementing predictive models, data modeling processes, and analytical frameworks to address key challenges within the Marketing Solutions business.

This position provides a dynamic opportunity for those with a background in data science or analytics to significantly influence the business trajectory, engage with senior sales professionals, and contribute to one of the fastest-growing companies online. This role is 100% remote or hybrid at a LinkedIn office location

What You'll Do:

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, interpreting complex datasets to identify key insights and trends
  • Design, build, and maintain advanced analytics tools and Tableau dashboards to monitor KPIs and assess performance against objectives
  • Develop analysis and communications for specific business problems and opportunities
  • Lead data-driven projects with regional or global impact, such as customer segmentation, sales forecasting, and process optimization
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Business Analytics teams to enhance data integration, reporting automation, and performance tracking
  • Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and analytical techniques to support business decision-making and strategic planning
Must-Haves:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a similar role with a strong analytical background
  • 2+ year of experience with SQL, Tableau, and statistical software
  • 1+ years of experience with data visualization tools and presenting insights to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or modeling, with a demonstrated ability to apply data-driven insights to real-world problems
  • Sales operations
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Python and other data science tools
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines independently
  • Proven track record of leading projects and presenting findings to senior leadership
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
