Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented data analyst to join our remote team and provide us with insights into our business through data analysis. The ideal candidate will be able to collect, organize and analyze data from various sources and translate that information into meaningful reports and presentations.


Responsibilities:


• Collect, organize and analyze data from various sources such as customer satisfaction surveys, website analytics, social media platforms, financial data, etc.


• Develop and maintain databases for efficient data management.


• Monitor and track key performance indicators in order to draw accurate and meaningful conclusions from data.


• Produce regular and ad hoc reports and presentations that synthesize data and convey insights to team members.


• Identify areas for improvement based on analysis and provide recommendations to management.


• Participate in cross-functional teams to execute data-driven projects.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, economics, mathematics or related field.


• 2+ years of experience as a data analyst.


• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.


• Proficiency with statistical tools such as R or Python.


• Experience with SQL and database management.


• Experience creating reports and dashboards using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.


• Familiarity with machine learning techniques.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
