Job description

We are seeking a Data Analyst on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process all Business ID (BVID) requests by tagging appropriate approvers, gathering required information, and completing approvals
  • Manage audit and compliance requests related to BVID from Internal Audit teams
  • Oversee tax retailer onboarding workflows through Slack and update associated systems with submitted business IDs
  • Set up new vertical merchants for alcohol in a compliant manner
  • Support store creation and merchant onboarding processes
  • Assist with support requests from enterprise partnership teams
  • Project manage initiatives addressing finance and reconciliation pain points for merchants
  • Create scalable solutions to resolve setup errors and accelerate onboarding within Salesforce
  • Partner with accounting and engineering teams to resolve invoicing and payment issues
  • Own and manage the Merchant Finance Product Roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in data entry or operational support roles
  • Strong organizational and process management skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with finance, engineering, and operations teams

Preferred:

  • Experience using Salesforce
  • SQL knowledge
