Our Customer is a corporation that develops, manufactures, and markets robotic products designed to improve clinical outcomes of patients through minimally invasive surgery. Founded in 1995, their goal was to create innovative, robotic-assisted systems that help empower doctors and hospitals to make surgery less invasive than an open approach. Working with the top medical professionals, they continue to develop new, minimally invasive surgical platforms and future diagnostic tools to help solve complex healthcare challenges around the world.
We are seeking a Supply Chain Project Analyst – NPI / ERP Support on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is on-site in Sunnyvale, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Support critical NPI sourcing initiatives through data-driven insights, cross-functional project leadership, and advanced analytics
- Lead cross-functional alignment on NPI project portfolios and KPIs
- Present goals, metrics, and action plans to stakeholders
- Develop tools and processes to assess and manage supply chain risk
- Support initiatives related to inventory, BOM cost, capacity, and item risk
- Deliver data-driven insights and KPI reporting
- Build scalable solutions for day-to-day sourcing needs
Your Role:
Analyze supply chain data, identify risks, and support new product launches with actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, or Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Professional certifications such as APICS, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma
- Formal project management training
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
- 4–10 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with dashboard tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Expertise in project management and data analytics
- Ability to model financial and risk data
- Experience with SAP/ERP systems
- Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally
