Job description
Our Customer is a pharmaceutical company headquartered in Tokyo, Osaka and Naruto, Japan. Their mission is to create new products for better health worldwide and they are dedicated to finding unconventional solutions for complex, underserved medical needs, whether we are developing new compounds at one of our research facilities in the United States, Europe, Japan, and beyond; or collaborating with another company to develop innovative therapies.
The Project Coordinator/Data Enablement Support tasks include:
The Data Enablement Support role within Data Enablement (DE) in Business Analytics (BA) will partner with the Director, Information Governance (IG), the AD Data Acquisition (DA), and the AD Data Operation (DO) to provide support for key day to day activities within those functions.
• Work with the Information Governance Lead to schedule key IG Meetings, prepare and distribute the agenda, scribe, prepare and distribute meeting minutes
• Track action items from IG meetings and follow-up and drive actions to completion
• Identify and escalate risks to action item completion to Head IG
• Work with Data Acquisition Lead to build, populate and maintain an MS Office based relational database of DA contracts
• Review DA contracts for accuracy and consistency
• Submit SOWs in Ariba for processing
• Work with contracts team to address any issues with SOWs
• Work with Data Operations Lead to populate and maintain MS Access database of data sharing agreements
• Submit new third party agreements (TPAs)
Qualifications Required
• Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry
• Organized and able to handle multiple competing tasks
• Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills to foresee obstacles drive tasks to completion with minimal direction
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to organize, conceptually interpret and clearly communicate material developed collaboratively via the input of multiple parties.
• Ability to work with SMEs, extract the relevant details, and document accordingly
• Strong MS Office knowledge
Education / Experience
• Bachelors degree is required.
• Minimum 2-3 years project management experience Preferred
• Project Management experience
• Experience with Information Governance
• Experience within Pharmaceutical Commercial data contracting and sharing agreements
• Knowledge of Ariba
• Expert MS Office knowledge including MS Access or equivalent relational databases
