Assignment Details

● Location: Fremont, CA (Onsite)

● Duration: 4-week temporary assignment

● Potential for Extension: Based on project needs


We are seeking an Data Entry Clerk to support a new ERP implementation project for our client in Fremont, CA. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in data management, inventory systems, and business operations. This onsite, temporary assignment is expected to last four weeks, with the possibility of extension based on project needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working with spreadsheets, and eager to learn new systems and processes.


Responsibilities

● Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in Excel that will be loaded

to the new ERP system.

● Assist with loading and organizing data using new system templates.

● Review data for accuracy and completeness.

● Support inventory-related data updates and record maintenance.

● Perform basic Excel functions, including data entry, sorting, and formatting.

● Identify and report any data discrepancies or missing information.

● Follow established processes and procedures to support project deadlines.

● Work collaboratively with team members during the ERP implementation.


Qualifications

● Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.

● Basic Microsoft Excel skills required.

● Comfortable working with spreadsheets and entering large amounts of data.

● Ability to learn new software systems quickly.

● Strong organizational skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

● Experience with inventory systems or NetSuite is nice to have
