Recruiting Researcher / Talent Research Analyst


Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Researcher to support our recruiting and business development efforts by building high-quality target company and contact lists in our ATS and CRM. This role reduces time-intensive research and data entry for Senior Recruiters, allowing them to focus on outreach, relationships, and placements.


The Researcher identifies ICP-aligned companies, enriches records with hiring and business signals, and surfaces actionable contact information for key decision-makers. Success is measured by lead quality, relevance, and volume, resulting in consistent daily call and contact tasks.


Key Responsibilities

Company & Account Research

  • Identify and build lists of ICP-aligned companies based on defined criteria.
  • Capture hiring signals such as open roles, funding, leadership changes, and relevant company news.
  • Add concise context to company records to support informed outreach.

Data Entry & Enrichment

  • Create and maintain accurate company and contact records in the ATS and CRM.
  • Use research and enrichment tools to source and validate decision-maker contact information.
  • Maintain data cleanliness and adherence to internal standards.

Lead Preparation & Task Creation

  • Convert research into clear, daily actionable tasks for Senior Recruiters.
  • Prioritize leads based on relevance, urgency, and signal strength.
  • Flag high-intent or time-sensitive opportunities.

Quality Control & Optimization

  • Maintain high standards for lead quality and accuracy.
  • Incorporate recruiter feedback to improve targeting and workflows.
  • Recommend process or tooling improvements.

Success Metrics

  • Volume of ICP-qualified companies and contacts added.
  • Accuracy and completeness of records and context.
  • Adoption and effectiveness of researcher-generated tasks.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in research, recruiting coordination, sales ops, or similar roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with structured data.
  • Experience with ATS, CRM, and enrichment tools (or ability to learn quickly).
  • Ability to interpret hiring and business signals clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, or B2B sales environments.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and company news sources.
