A Fulfilling Legal Career with Genuine Work/Life Balance
The Mom Project is partnering with a high-growth, values-driven law firm that is building a new model for what a fulfilling legal career can look like. The firm is rooted in the belief that ambitious legal work and genuine work/life balance don’t have to be mutually exclusive.
Pay for this role is up to $215,872 (base salary plus 401(k) matching plus time entry bonus).
Attorneys are encouraged to determine the number of hours they want to work, ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week, and choose their own annual billable-hour requirement between 700 and 1,410 hours.
In just five years, the firm has grown from one to eleven attorneys, earned a Pacesetters Award as one of Atlanta’s fastest-growing small businesses, and ranked among Atlanta Business Chronicle’s top four “Healthiest Employers” for three consecutive years. The firm is also Chambers-rated and a member of the Primerus Society, recognized as a network of leading law firms. Clients rate the firm 9.6/10, while the team rates its experience 9.3/10. The numbers speak for themselves, but the culture speaks louder.
If you’re a seasoned data privacy and marketing attorney who’s ready to lead with heart, thoughtfully grow a practice, and help shape the future of legal services, we’d love to hear from you.
