The Mom Project is excited to partner with Orrick in their search for a Data Quality Coordinator, Temporary.

The Data Quality Coordinator is responsible for the integrity, normalization, cleansing, and maintenance of key sales, communications, and marketing system data most of which is stored in Orrick’s experience database, Foundation, and CRM database, currently InterAction. Working with the Data Quality Team Supervisor, the Data Quality Coordinator ensures data quality is maintained through documenting entry requirements, review, reporting, and management processes.
The Data Quality Coordinator is expected to stay abreast of new tools and trends that could impact their areas of responsibility. The Data Quality Coordinator is expected to gain and maintain current knowledge and understanding of the Firm's resources/capabilities, culture, clients, practices, industries, marketing services, and programs to fulfill the duties of the position effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry, research, verification, and cleansing
- Process data changes in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor experience summaries and information
- Administer lawyer assignments in the firm’s experience system to ensure that lawyer updates are reviewed in a timely manner
- Teach others how to enter experience summaries, review assignment queues, distribute monthly assignment emails and monitor their work
- Design, run and distribute reports, saved searches, and other data downloads
- Assist in driving end-user adoption and adherence to firm data entry and normalization practices through documentation and collaboration with firm training resources
- Contact firm secretaries and attorneys to verify and request additional information
- Assist with the creation, updates, and maintenance of the Firm's mailing lists, including lists used for newsletters, client/prospect communications, practice/industry groups, alumni, and special events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or currently working to fulfill requirements to receive a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required. Or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel preferred
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills required
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a client-service-focused team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as exceptional attention to detail required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, concurrent projects, and competing priorities while maintaining calmness and tactfulness in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven service organization
- Strong sense of accountability and proven ability to take ownership of projects and responsibilities
