Job description

Our Customer is a Sunnyvale, California-based software, hardware, and services technology company. They are an industrial technology company transforming the way the world works by delivering solutions that enable their customers to thrive. They support global industries in building & construction, agriculture, geospatial, natural resources and utilities, governments, transportation and others. Core technologies in positioning, modeling, connectivity and data analytics connect the digital and physical worlds to improve productivity, quality, safety, transparency and sustainability.

We are seeking a Deal Operations Specialist on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.

What You'll Do:

  • You will be required to create and merge quotes, validate order information and verify payment terms with high attention to detail and sense of urgency.
  • Provide accurate price quotes and assist with proposals
  • You will be responsible for complex quote configuration of products and services, pricing, discounting, and quote document generation
  • You will ensure compliance to all company and business policies, administer all open Renewals sales orders, and ensure appropriate order flow.
  • Review and validate contract request intake form from Sales including validating customer information and existing contract information in Salesforce CRM
  • Escalate in a timely and professional manner any issues that prevent the completion of tasks and achievement of SLA and targets
  • Respond and action in a timely professional manner on any escalations received
  • Work can be done remotely and does not require to be physically located in any particular location
Skills:
  • At least 1 year experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with Salesforce quoting (CPQ)
  • Analytical strength to research existing contracts and determine correct existing costs
  • Strong in mathematical calculations to determine discount percentages needed to reach target price
  • Strong work ethic
  • Reliable, self-starter
  • Able to take instruction and respond quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, productivity, and time management.
  • Positive attitude, self and team motivation, and flexibility
  • Ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner
