We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote.


The Demand Generation Manager will lead the development and execution of paid media and demand generation strategies that drive advertiser acquisition, account enablement, and sales alignment. This role is instrumental in shaping the go-to-market (GTM) approach for the Ads business by owning ABM-driven media planning, cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and performance optimization.


Reporting to the Director of B2B Growth Marketing, this position will be responsible for full-funnel campaign execution, account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, and solution adoption programs. The ideal candidate is highly strategic yet execution-focused, with proven AdTech experience and a strong bias for action.



Responsibilities:

  • Launch and manage demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, paid social, content syndication, programmatic, and offline.
  • Lead the strategic development and execution of a multi-tiered ABM program across key enterprise segments and verticals.
  • Build and scale a repeatable ABM roadmap aligned with pipeline goals, sales priorities, and market opportunities.
  • Support solutions marketing efforts to increase adoption of advertising products among both existing and net-new advertisers across industries (restaurants, retailers, brands, franchises, agencies).
  • Analyze campaign performance data to uncover insights, drive optimizations, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Create performance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to track KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Manage campaign budgets, monitor spend, and ensure efficient use of marketing dollars.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure seamless campaign handoffs, measurable pipeline contribution, and field team enablement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, and Product Marketing to develop tailored assets and messaging.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in demand generation or digital campaign execution, preferably in B2B marketplaces or AdTech.
  • Proven success activating account-based and ICP-targeted campaigns using platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot/Pardot, Demandbase, etc.
  • Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics, reporting tools, and data analysis.
  • Experience managing budgets, optimizing spend, and forecasting campaign performance.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to execute go-to-market plans and enablement programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance strategic planning and tactical execution.


Preferred:

  • Experience in AdTech or SaaS environments.
  • Growth hacking mindset: resourceful, creative, and data-driven.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a passion for solving problems in fast-paced environments.
