Design Freelancer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual for a project-based freelance position. This work will focus on creating engaging and effective training workbooks, manuals, and other educational resources that align with our brand identity. The selected candidate will also be responsible for building and maintaining a brand portal on Canva, enabling our internal users to create materials that are both creative and in line with brand standards.

Responsibilities:

• Create templates and guidelines to help users produce their own branded materials easily and efficiently.
• Develop a portfolio of offerings that showcase available resources and highlight best practices for material creation.
• Utilize supplied content to design and produce high-quality training workbooks, manuals, and supplementary materials.
• Ensure all materials are visually appealing, on-brand, and user-friendly.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather relevant content and insights.
• Create a digital catalog of the brand history that includes links to historical advertising, documents, and more. All materials will be provided, along with guidance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in design, excellent graphic design skills, and a passion for helping others learn.
