Our Customer is a tech real-estate marketplace company with a portfolio of the largest and most vibrant real estate and home-related brands on the web and mobile. The company’s brands focus on all stages of the home lifecycle: renting, buying, selling, financing and home improvement. We are seeking a Designer on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.
This role will provide creative leadership and hands-on design support across marketing, social media, motion graphics, presentation decks, PDFs, and internal communications. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and brings deep experience working in large, publicly traded tech organizations.
You will lead design projects from concept through delivery, working closely with copywriters, producers, project managers, and account teams. This role also involves mentoring junior designers, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering compelling design solutions that elevate brand and campaign experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and craft brand and campaign designs across digital, print, social, and motion graphics.
- Lead the design process from ideation to final delivery, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with internal teams (copywriters, art directors, creative directors, producers) to execute creative briefs.
- Mentor junior designers by providing guidance, feedback, and support.
- Partner with illustrators, motion designers, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver flawless executions.
- Participate actively in design critiques, brainstorms, and strategy discussions.
- Research and apply design trends and inspiration across digital and physical communications.
- Simplify complex concepts and data into clear, visually compelling design solutions.
- Manage multiple workstreams, balancing priorities and deadlines effectively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional design experience in a large tech and/or publicly traded company environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative success stories across branding, campaigns, and digital experiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects).
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and pitch creative direction and concepts.
- Experience leading design projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Communication Design, or related field (preferred, not required).
- Working knowledge of Figma and other design/production tools.
- Experience in real estate, consumer brands, or digital-first organizations.
- Strong sense of humor, positivity, and team-first mentality.
