Our Customer is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is 100% remote.



Responsibilities:

  • Provide phone-based desktop support, technical assistance, and problem resolution
  • Provide on-site desktop support and troubleshooting services
  • Diagnose and resolve routine to moderately complex desktop hardware and software issues
  • Escalate and coordinate issues with internal support teams and external vendors as needed
  • Perform desktop support consulting and technical guidance for end users
  • Complete assigned special projects and additional support activities


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience providing desktop support in a technical support environment
  • Experience troubleshooting routine to moderately complex desktop hardware and software issues
  • Knowledge of PC/LAN technology
  • Ability to collaborate with internal support teams and external vendors
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests and priorities
