Job description

We are a 100% remote financial well-being company and are looking for a Digital Sales Representative to join our team. The Digital Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, and demonstrating and selling digital courses and books. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and feels confident developing social media campaigns.

Core responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel pipeline through email outreach, and social media, and through execution of marketing campaigns
  • Utilize a consultative, collaborative sales approach by uncovering prospects personal, relational, and financial challenges and determining if the campaign will meet their needs
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of current offering to prospects and fully understand their needs before scheduling follow-up meetings
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of products, industry trends, and competition in the mobility analytics industry
  • Achieve monthly quotas of sourced opportunities, and provide regular reports on achievements

Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Psychology or related field
  • Proven 3 years of experience in digital course sales, lead generation
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
  • Proficient user of Kajabi digital course platform preferred
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual
