Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's online presence and driving growth through various digital channels. Your responsibilities will include:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Create, maintain, and implement digital marketing and editorial calendars, including email marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Manage influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Continuously refine our branding strategies to maintain a strong and distinctive brand identity.

E-commerce Management:

  • Coordinate e-commerce activities with a focus on increasing brand awareness, acquiring new customers, fostering customer loyalty, and driving revenue growth.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create compelling landing pages and enhance the overall user experience.

Website Optimization:

  • Regularly update website content to improve conversion rates, enhance the user experience, and increase average order value.
  • Monitor and report on website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Data Analysis and Performance Measurement:

  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, including ROI and KPIs.
  • Identify trends and insights from data analysis, and use these insights to optimize marketing spend and campaign performance.

Vendor Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendor partners to execute marketing strategies effectively.
  • Foster strong working relationships with partners to ensure alignment with brand objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on branding, influencer partnerships, email marketing, website optimization, and eCommerce.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective copywriting and communication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
