Job description

Digital Marketing Associate (100% Remote)

  • 100% Remote
  • $30 / hour
  • Approx. 10 hours a week

Our Client - a two women, physician-owned community and digital platform dedicated to helping women physicians thrive in their careers and lives. We have a year-round membership program, multiple virtual boot camps and courses throughout the year, and live virtual events, and live in person events.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our team part-time. Initially temp but with potential for permanent work.

The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital and email marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies - especially social media.

Core responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments, conversion tests, and growth strategies
  • Collaborate with founders to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, and with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends), and ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
