Digital Marketing Coordinator
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and managing digital marketing initiatives. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in expanding our digital presence, focusing on paid advertising campaigns, and optimizing our social media strategy across platforms. In this position, you will develop and implement advertising campaigns for social media, PPC advertising platforms, and other relevant platforms. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for formulating and executing comprehensive digital marketing plans and content for luxury residential homeowners in the Northern Virginia market with possible geographic expansions.
Digital Marketing Coordinator will work remotely or in office if desired (Alexandria VA) 20 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute paid digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels in conjunction with our Management team.
- Plan, create, and execute all email campaigns and funnels for new leads in conjunction with our management team.
- Continuously optimize our website for SEO and google algorithm changes.
- Track and analyze web traffic, conversions, and customer behavior using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
- Digital and print marketing designing with InDesign, Canva or other related tool.
- Ensure all digital marketing efforts align with the overall marketing strategy.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, showcases our brand personality, and resonates with our target audience.
- Create engaging and relevant content (in conjunction with our content creator) for various social media platforms, including compelling copy, eye-catching graphics, and attention-grabbing videos using our professional images.
- Be the voice of our brand online, proactively engaging with our community through comments, direct messages, and social media interactions to build strong relationships and brand loyalty.
- Be the first touchpoint on our social media channels with individuals interested in services from Landed, including full outdoor space creations and year long maintenance, and redirect them to our sales team.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and competitive.
- Apply knowledge of emerging trends and technologies to implement a test and learn approach to innovation across social channels, driving strong performance and informing strategic planning.
- Work closely with the marketing and executive team to align our digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Manage, refine, and grow social media followers and their engagement with Landed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (at least 2 years) in a digital marketing or related role.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Experience with Canva or InDesign
- Strong understanding of paid ad platforms and digital advertising strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (primarily Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook), trends, and best practices.
- Experience with email marketing campaign creation and funnels, including list management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas that differentiate our brand in a crowded digital landscape.
- Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions that optimize performance.
- Understanding of social media KPIs; assist with tracking and interpreting metrics to enhance user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM principles.
- Familiar with social media management tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Experience with LinkedIn is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
