We are seeking a Bay Area Executive Briefing Center Coordinator on a contract basis to help support our customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote; EST core business hours required.


In this role, you will partner closely with Talent Solutions business partners to grow revenue across all paid channels. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working in performance marketing with cross-channel and integrated digital marketing and revenue-generating responsibilities. You also have experience in scaling digital marketing programs, while driving efficiency and meeting ROAS targets. You have worked in a digital marketing role on either the publisher or agency side, working cross-functionally and cross-organizationally. You have overseen SEM, paid social, and display hands-on throughout your career and understand all the levers of running and scaling digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage stakeholder relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for Sales Solutions Marketing teams
  • Set stakeholder expectations and ensure delivery against agreed priorities and outcomes
  • Drive EMEA and LATAM media acquisition strategy in partnership with agencies and global teams
  • Build cross-organizational alignment across acquisition, operations, online marketing, and field marketing teams
  • Oversee paid media localization efforts in partnership with internal teams and external agencies
  • Integrate paid and owned media channels to optimize cross-channel performance
  • Manage campaign execution in collaboration with agency channel experts
  • Share weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance insights with global marketing stakeholders to inform optimization
  • Own media forecasting and outlook for spend, revenue, and ROAS
  • Manage overarching agency, vendor, and publisher relationships and support the development of local strategies
  • Share best practices across teams and provide regional insights across English and localized campaigns


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience
  • SEM experience preferred
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Knowledge of performance and digital marketing, including SEM, display, and paid social
  • Familiarity with the paid media marketplace and web marketing best practices
  • Experience with search and web localization preferred
  • Digital agency experience preferred
  • Experience working on the digital marketing side of an organization
  • Strong resourcefulness, motivation, initiative, and leadership skills
  • Ability to create solutions and drive measurable results
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as web development, IT, business operations, and field marketing
