Job description

About the Role

We’re looking for a part-time (15-20 hours) creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand presence across digital channels. The ideal candidate is equal parts analytical and creative — someone who can optimize SEO strategy, design compelling content, and manage paid media campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. Experience in the CPG or beverage industry is a strong plus.


What You’ll Do


● SEO & Web Optimization:

○ Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve visibility and search rankings.

○ Manage keyword research, site audits, and content optimization.

○ Collaborate with the web team to ensure content and landing pages are optimized for conversions.


● Paid Media Campaigns:

○ Help plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google (Search and Display), LinkedIn, and other platforms.

○ Develop audience targeting strategies and test creatives to maximize ROI.

○ Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for ongoing improvement.


● Content & Design:

○ Create visually engaging content for ads, email, and organic social using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

○ Support product launches and brand campaigns with digital assets that reflect brand guidelines.

○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain cohesive storytelling across platforms.


● Analytics & Reporting:

○ Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad platform dashboards.

○ Provide regular reporting on KPIs, trends, and optimization opportunities.


What You’ll Bring

● 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a CPG or eCommerce environment.

● Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).

● Experience managing paid social and paid search/display campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

● Proficiency in design platforms (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite).

● A creative, self-starter mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

● Strong analytical and communication skills with an eye for brand consistency.


Bonus Points For

● Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar DTC marketing tools.

● Experience in food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods marketing.

● Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or landing page builders.part
