Job description
Our Customer is a consumer financial services company headquartered in Connecticut. The company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly owned online bank subsidiary.
Our Customer is seeking a Digital Personalization Manager on a contract basis to support their ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote in EST hours.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and execution of digital personalization strategies to improve customer experience
- Support the development and optimization of digital customer journeys across web and mobile platforms
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify personalization use cases and audience targeting opportunities
- Lead digital personalization, audience segmentation, targeting, and website optimization initiatives
- Translate stakeholder requirements into implementation roadmaps and project plans
- Identify opportunities to improve user engagement through personalization
- Prepare project status reports and adjust project plans as needed
- Direct and monitor project activities across business functions
- Coordinate project implementation activities and ensure successful project delivery
- Provide training on marketing technologies
- Launch and manage personalization campaigns from planning through execution
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure successful deployment
- Evaluate project outcomes and provide ongoing support and continuous improvement
- Manage and maintain the personalization roadmap
- Collaborate with analytics teams to define tracking requirements and campaign measurement
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or High School diploma/GED with 10+ years of digital marketing experience
- 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, digital A/B testing, campaign management, or digital personalization
- Experience leading teams responsible for digital campaigns and web personalization strategies
- Experience gathering stakeholder requirements and translating them into campaign and implementation plans
- Experience partnering with analytics teams to develop campaign tracking and measurement
- Experience with personalization platforms, including Adobe Target, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pega Systems, Dynamic Yield, or Optimizely
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and website optimization
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Experience working in cross-functional environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Experience with Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence technologies
- Agency, e-commerce, consumer financial services, retail, credit card, or other regulated industry experience
