Job description

Our Customer is a consumer financial services company headquartered in Connecticut. The company offers consumer financing products, including credit, promotional financing and loyalty programs, installment lending to industries, and FDIC-insured consumer savings products through the consumer bank, its wholly owned online bank subsidiary.


We are seeking a Digital Personalization Manager on a contract basis to support our customer’s ongoing business needs. This role is 100% remote, EST hours.


The Digital Personalization Manager drives business results by leading the design, development, and execution of personalization technologies that deliver best-in-class digital customer experiences. This role focuses on optimizing digital journeys across web and mobile platforms, engaging customers throughout the lifecycle using segmentation, targeting, and experimentation. The role serves as a subject matter expert in personalization platforms, leads optimization initiatives, and owns the personalization roadmap.



Responsibilities:

  • Translate product owner and customer data stakeholder requirements into personalization roadmaps and project plans
  • Identify and prioritize personalization use cases that drive customer engagement and business impact
  • Lead digital personalization initiatives, including segmentation, targeting, A/B testing, and multivariate testing
  • Direct and monitor personalization projects across business platforms and functions
  • Prepare and deliver project status updates and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives
  • Facilitate end-to-end execution of personalization campaigns, including troubleshooting and optimization
  • Ensure smooth implementation of personalization initiatives through documentation, testing, and launch support
  • Provide training and guidance on marketing and personalization technologies
  • Partner with analytics teams to define measurement frameworks and performance tracking
  • Participate in post-launch evaluations and provide ongoing optimization and support
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma/GED with 10+ years of relevant digital marketing experience
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, personalization, A/B testing, or campaign management
  • Direct experience with personalization and marketing technologies such as Adobe Target, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pega Systems, Dynamic Yield, or Optimizely
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred

  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and meet deadlines in fast-paced settings
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and resourceful approach
  • Experience with CMS platforms
  • Exposure to machine learning or artificial intelligence applications in marketing
  • Experience in agency, e-commerce, or regulated industries such as financial services, retail, or credit products
