We are seeking a Digital Shelf Associate on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is 100% remote.

NOTE: Candidates must have their own laptops, the customer is not providing laptops to contractors at this time

The Commercial Digital Shelf Associate reports into the eCommerce & Digitization Group Director. This role will manage various capabilities used by internal & external stakeholders to enhance the Digital Shelf for all products. These systems are used to manage, monitor, report and analyze the performance of the products in the eCommerce space across search metrics, content benchmarks, inventory availability, and ratings & reviews. This role requires strong communication skills aimed at simplifying complex digital concepts & capabilities to educate, empower, and inspire the company system towards meeting its strategic eCommerce objectives, through best-in-class Digital Shelf execution.

Function Related Activities & Key Responsibilities

  • Co-own Tier 1 customer support and optimization strategy with the Digital Shelf Manager
  • Outline syndication and content optimization strategy for Tier 2-4 managed customers and partners for implementation by agency partners
  • Support Bottlers' Digital Shelf activities through platform management and technical support
  • Support the enhancement and creation of tools and capabilities around online presentation and syndication of product information within the eCommerce channel
  • Ability to synthesize data across multiple sources, translate into opportunities, and simplify to share across various teams
  • Strength in communication and ability to positively influence and educate multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with data analytics and visualizations tools (i.e. Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus

Education Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field required.

What You Need to Be Successful:
  • 2-3 years of work experience in eCommerce, Content Syndication, Digital Shelf Activation, Product Management, and/or Project Management
  • Direct experience with content management and syndication platforms i.e. Salsify, Syndigo
  • Experience with omni-channel environments and/or eCommerce (retail) channels.
  • Track record of cross-functional leadership and collaboration, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and self-starter attitude
  • Functional Skills: Proficient in Salsify, Syndigo, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), HTML
