We are seeking a Digital Shelf Manager on a contract basis who will support the Customer’s business needs. The Digital Shelf Manager reports into the eCommerce & Digitization Group Director. This role will manage various capabilities used by internal & external stakeholders to enhance the Digital Shelf for all company products. These systems are used to manage, monitor, report and analyze the performance of products in the eCommerce space across search metrics, content benchmarks, inventory availability, and ratings & reviews. This role requires strong communication skills aimed at simplifying complex digital concepts & capabilities to educate, empower, and inspire the company system towards meeting its strategic eCommerce objectives, through best-in-class Digital Shelf execution. This role is a hybrid setup with 2 days remote and 3 days onsite in Atlanta, GA.

NOTE: Candidates must have their own laptops, the customer is not providing laptops to contractors at this time

What You'll Do:

  • Co-own Tier 1 customer support and optimization strategy with the Senior Digital Shelf Manager
  • Outline syndication and content optimization strategy for Tier 2-4 managed customers and partners for implementation by agency partners
  • Support Bottlers' Digital Shelf activities through platform management and technical support
  • Serve as content manager for eCommerce accounts; working closely with brand, science and regulatory, and legal teams to create content and activate new items across eCommerce platforms
  • Support the enhancement and creation of tools and capabilities around online presentation and syndication of product information within the eCommerce channel
  • Manage Marketing and IT projects needed to support the systems and tools used and to further enhance online content across North America and Platform Services
Must-Haves:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field
  • 2-3 years of work experience in eCommerce, Online Merchandising, Website Management, Product Management, and/or Project Management
  • Direct experience with omni-channel environments and/or eCommerce (retail) channels
  • Experience with content management and syndication platforms i.e. Salsify, Syndigo
  • Track record of cross-functional leadership and collaboration, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and self-starter attitude
  • Understanding of HTML and Python is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), HTML, Salsify, SyndigoPerks are available through our 3rd Party Employer of Record (Available upon completion of waiting period for eligible engagements)
  • Ability to synthesize data across multiple sources, translate into opportunities, and simplify to share across various teams
  • Strength in communication and ability to positively influence and educate multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with data analytics and visualizations tools (i.e. Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
