Job description
We are seeking a Director of Educational Services who will have ownership of the quality, consistency, and delivery of our educational experiences, ensuring every program creates exceptional client impact, while leading a high-performing team.
This is a Leadership Team role that is central to how our organization serves its clients. You will lead the Educational Services department, manage client relationships end-to-end, develop and execute our education strategy, and own the quality assurance system.
The ideal candidate is a strategic operator with educational expertise who can scale delivery, maintain quality, lead people, and evolve the education offerings.

Core Responsibilities
- Education Strategy: Develop and implement the 3-5 year strategy and roadmap for all key offerings, ensuring alignment with the growth strategy and emerging market opportunities.
- Content Strategy & Quality: Drive the ideation of original, creative content designed to differentiate us competitively while continuously improving the offerings. Improve systems for quality assurance and contractor vetting.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure all programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards by building and maintaining scalable systems for project management, contractor management, and delivery tracking, while continuously improving efficiency and profitability.
- Client Relationship: Oversee client relations to ensure long-term partnership, retention and high value strategic engagement and maintain a 90% satisfaction score across all clients.
- Team Performance: Define the talent acquisition strategy and KPIs for the Education team, including employees and contractors, while fostering a high-performance culture built on accountability and continuous improvement.
- Cross-team alignment: Collaborate directly with the Executive Team to define product-market fit, pricing strategy, education strategy for large projects, and support the writing of RFPs.
Qualifications/Skills
ESSENTIAL
- Prior experience in education, instructional leadership, curriculum development, or professional learning required. Classroom teaching experience preferred.
- A solid understanding of STEM education principles and best practices
- 5+ years in a leadership role, managing a team in a business setting
- Knowledge of current educational trends as well as student and adult learning standards
- Experience creating lessons, hands-on activities, and professional development workshops
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to implement EOS for business excellence
DESIREABLE
- Experience using Google Workspace and Monday.com

- Salary range: $80,000-$95,000, dependent on experience
- Occasional travel may be required
