TMP is looking for a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program Manager to join our People Operations team! Responsibilities include developing processes and programs that deliver an outstanding employee experience with a focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and serving as a DEI consultant to our leaders and People Operations to increase effectiveness of workforce management.

The DEI Program Manager proactively consults with clients and recommends strategic solutions to improve critical business outcomes to embed DEI strategies into all programs and activities.

What you will do:

  • Research, develop, recommend, and execute creative strategies for fostering the organization’s diversity goals.
  • Develop organizational programs that supports diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
  • Review current practices and policies, assessing and analyzing the extent to which they support or hinder the company’s diversity goals.
  • Collect and analyze statistical data as required to evaluate the company’s population in accordance with diversity standards and goals.
  • Draft and implement recruiting and hiring strategies to attract employees from diverse backgrounds.
  • Develop and/or acquire training and development to aid diversity and retention initiatives.
  • Own content and logistics for branded company diversity-related experiences and events
  • Meet regularly with ERG leads and the Diversity Council to communicate key priorities, align on progress, and build relationships.
  • Provide guidance to leadership and People Operations in developing objective performance and other employee evaluations and policies.
  • Act as company liaison with governmental agencies concerning affirmative action and equal employment opportunities.
  • Maintain current knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices.
  • As appropriate, provide training and policy updates to colleagues, ensuring legal compliance of management and People Operations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 5+ years of work experience in Human Resources or related experience required, with at least three years specializing in equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and diversity programs.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills, possessing the ability to motivate team members to perform the tasks.
  • Demonstrated bias for action with strengths in problem solving, issue resolution, attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and drive projects to successful implementation.
  • Self-starter, able to drive work forward within an agile environment.
  • Manages sensitive and confidential information with outstanding discretion.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred.
