We are seeking a Document Control Specialist on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is onsite Hillsboro, OR.
The Document Control Specialist is responsible for supporting the administration associated with standard operating procedures, work instructions (instructions for maintenance), safety plans, turn over packages and drawings for manufacturing equipment, facilities and utilities at HTO. The position serves as the documentation administrator and is engaged in obtaining subject matter expert feedback for the aforementioned documents and continuous improvement activities. The Document Control Specialist plays a key role in day-to-day document control and interacts with a cross-functional team to deliver on business objectives.
- Provide document control administration for equipment, utilities and Health & Safety.
- Documentation control administration includes but not limited to;
- Turn over packages (TOPs)
- Drawings in quality controlled system
- Drawings in engineering control system
- Standard Operating Procedures
- Safety plans
- Work instructions
Education & Experience
- Relevant work experience
