Job description
The Mom Project is excited to partner with Rust-Oleum in their search for an E-Commerce Digital Content Analyst. This role is hybrid (3 days in-office and 2 days remote/week) in Vernon Hills, IL.
Rust-Oleum Corporation is a worldwide leader in protective paints and coatings for both home and industry. We offer a wide range of products, including decorative fashion paints and finishes, durable industrial, roof repair, and flooring coatings, and, of course, our famous rust-fighting formula that started it all.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with e-commerce account team members to drive strategic sales growth and execute major account objectives, including alignment on Joint Business Plans
- Use Amazon Vendor Central and third-party data platforms to maintain and optimize catalog accuracy, product detail page quality, and participation in key Amazon programs
- Own demand forecasting for Amazon, delivering accurate monthly unit forecasts and annual forecasts for new product launches in partnership with demand planning and product marketing teams
- Enter and maintain SKUs across multiple retailer systems, including product setup and ongoing management of product families, marketing copy, bullets, regulatory information, images, videos, and digital assets
- Perform routine audits of online SKU content to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Develop and maintain centralized databases for online assortments by retailer, including SKU availability, pricing, and regulatory status
- Support the development of e-commerce strategic plans for assigned retailers in partnership with project management and account leadership
- Make data-driven recommendations to drive revenue, including SKU expansion, enhanced content, promotions, and drop-ship opportunities
- Maintain and update product inventory files within retailer fulfillment systems
- Update retailer e-commerce systems with order cancellations and revised backorder dates
- Monitor and manage retailer performance metrics including on-time delivery, advance shipment notices, fill rates, and scorecard compliance
- Support sales reporting, trend analysis, and ad hoc performance reviews
- Assist with presentation development and delivery as needed
- Perform special projects as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Strong analytical, proofreading, and data validation skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in team-based environments and independently when required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annual salary and bonus eligible
