Job description

The Mom Project is excited to partner with Regal Rexnord in their search for a Digital Product Manager. This role will be a hybrid setup with 2 days onsite per month at Regal Rexnord's office in Milwaukee, WI, Chicago, IL, or Madison, WI.

This role will support our Industrial Components division’s Digital Customer Experience and eCommerce product portfolio with a focus on Small-Medium customer growth, 80/20 initiatives to maximize growth on the best-fit customers and most profitable products, and will also be a key player driving implementation and coordination of digital efforts for ease of doing business through an enhanced customer buying journey. As a Digital Product Owner, Senior you will be responsible to drive our top-level strategy, business objectives, desired timing, and a vision of solutions direction across our digital platforms and tools. The Digital Product Manager collaborates and is supported by the division’s product managers, application engineers, strategic and product managers, business analysts, corporate marketing, and digital automation teams, and will capture detailed requirements and manage the development process.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategy and priority guidance for the Industrial Components business they represent regarding digital activities (eg. digital growth campaigns, requirements for enhancements, web content needs, etc.)
  • Partner with commercial business teams to build an eCommerce roadmap that will be incorporated into the broader company sales enablement and digital solutions portfolio
  • Collaborate with business team members and customers to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely, high-quality completion of work
  • Ensure proper solution design and implementation of key eCommerce features to support the longevity and speed of business strategy
  • Participate in market research, validation, and whitespace analysis to identify opportunities for new and existing features and functionalities
  • Conduct user research, gather business requirements to support usability studies, and collaborate with designers, developers, and digital marketing teams from end to end of the process
  • Implement and breakdown customer onboarding roadmap and nurture journey to enable key growth campaigns
  • Lead product data and content changes as needed to support the customer experience
  • Perform analysis on website, search, and campaign performance metrics and make appropriate recommendations for improvements
  • Head digital projects and agile product implementation between multiple different IT, marketing, and business teams to gain requirements and approvals, and ensure timelines are kept that align with business needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Marketing
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing and product merchandising, with proven success in managing digital campaign performance such as social media marketing, display ads, search marketing, etc.
  • Experience running voice of customer research initiatives
  • Experience with prioritization frameworks and running product road maps in a structured way
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
  • Understanding of common eCommerce, database, API, and networking structures
  • Ability to connect common eCommerce product metrics to business goals
  • Can communicate with senior leadership demonstrating confidence and clarity
  • Experience articulating customer pain points and a product vision
  • Helpful technical and software experience: Google Analytics, Qualtrics, PowerBI, Salesforce, Datorama, Interaction Studio, Pardot, HotJar, HTML, CSS, JIRA, Configure One, Sitecore, Kentico, Informatica
