Shift Lead

The Mom Project is excited to partner with a unique, successful, and fast-growing food chain is looking for friendly, outgoing, detail-oriented, and creative team members. They are the industry leader of concierge graze-style charcuterie and are expanding its business. Their rapid growth means they need team members with hospitality, food preparation, customer service or retail experience.

Shift Leads enjoy a 5-day work week along with opportunities for advancement as we promote from within.

As a Shift Lead, you will:

• Model company culture and values for Charcuterie Food Prep team members
• Create beautiful charcuterie boards and boxes for our customers according to brand requirements
• Quality check products to ensure they are made to brand specifications and customer requests including any add-on items or upgrades
• Prep food items in small batches daily
• Provide concierge-style customer service so we exceed expectations
• Maintain strict standards of cleanliness and sanitation
• Follow proper food rotation procedures
• Complete temperature logs as required by the health department
• Clean and sanitize the prep area daily and as needed
• Provide customer delivery as needed
