We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator on a contract basis to help support our Customer’s business needs. This role is hybrid (4 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Atlanta, GA.


This role will help recruit university talent and support the university relations manager by processing interns and early career new hires into the organization, screening resumes, and assessing candidates' qualifications.


You’ll play a key role in helping us deliver a best-in-class experience for early-career candidates while gaining exposure to talent development, recruiting, and strategic HR operations.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage coordination for undergraduate recruiting, interviews, background checks, and recruiting events.
  • Post open positions within Workday, school job boards, networking affiliations, and other relevant job boards.
  • Schedule initial HireVue interviews and final interviews (phone and virtual).
  • Work closely with HR, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure a smooth recruitment process delivery.
  • Assist with scheduling speakers for information sessions and recruitment events across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including space booking, catering, materials, and guest communications.
  • Attend intern and recruiting events as needed.
  • Utilize Workday to track candidate lifecycle activities.
  • Process invoice payments for external partnerships and events.
  • Communicate with candidates and provide information and updates as needed.
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned.
  • Maintain and update dashboards and reports related to early career demographics, program metrics, and engagement data.
  • Pull hiring data and analyze insights.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and summaries for senior leadership updates.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in HR, campus recruiting, or a related field.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with online scheduling tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and balance multiple deliverables.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to ambiguous situations.
  • Proficiency with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Experience with Workday preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a business-related field preferred.
  • Experience with Rooster scheduling tools.
  • Experience in data analytics.
  • Interest in asset management or financial services.
