Job description

WE are a woman-owned business that designs and creates fine, personalized jewelry exclusively for moms. Our mission is to celebrate the precious gift of a child and each woman's unique journey of motherhood. We are a company built on community, collaboration, and respect.

We are currently hiring an Ecommerce Manager to manage and direct all aspects of our ecommerce business. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, a strategic problem solver, and an innovative thinker with expertise in DTC ecommerce. This role will balance daily responsibilities with various project-based work that will constantly evolve and involve close collaboration with team members across the marketing and operations departments.

What You'll Be Doing:

Website & Product Management:

  1. Own the website from front end to back end; strategically plan product collections, pages, content updates, and featured shops based on inventory needs and marketing priorities.
  2. Create, manage, and deliver data-driven site merchandising strategies to increase overall product discovery by creating customer-centric, mobile-first merchandising decisions.
  3. Responsible for optimizations to navigation, collections, search, and homepage.
  4. Partner with the content team on the marketing calendar, ensuring the message is supported throughout the website.
  5. In partnership with the CMO, manage day-to-day performance marketing channels (Meta, Google, Email/SMS); oversee communication, reporting, calendar sharing, and asset preparation.
  6. Oversee the sales funnel; execute strategic site A/B tests to improve KPIs, revenue, and overall customer experience.
  7. Determine shot lists for photoshoots based on asset and email needs, selling performance, inventory, and trends.
  8. Support the paid social team with updates on product launches, collaborations, and sales reports.
  9. Stay on top of key trends and new developments in ecommerce merchandising, making actionable recommendations and necessary in-season adjustments.
  10. Monitor the competitive landscape and site benchmarks.
  11. Own web processes, including content updates, merchandising, promotional updates, and QA.
  12. Manage the product launch calendar.
  13. Collaborate with internal resources to create products and launch them on the site.
  14. Work closely with customer service teams to address feedback and maintain high customer service standards.

Data & Analytics:

  1. Responsible for regular reporting on website performance and customer experience metrics—optimizing site operations, identifying opportunities, and suggesting strategies to achieve sales growth.
  2. Track daily web performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, new customer acquisition, and retention.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of work experience managing DTC ecommerce; familiarity with Shopify Plus preferred.
  2. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong project management skills.
  3. Ability to prioritize and communicate effectively with in-office and remote teams.
  4. Strong analytical and organizational skills.

All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be legally authorized to work in the United States and are required to have U.S. residency at the time of application.
